Dr. Blackwell would like to share with our community an important resource for charter school parents, offered by the North Carolina Coalition for Charter Schools. The resource is a monthly parent newsletter called CharterBeat, which aims to gently engage parents who value school choice and want to stay informed about charter issues. It shares policy updates, provides facts, figures, and stories that may be of interest to you.
