Neuse Charter School's employees receive annual training each year on Title IX policies at the beginning of each academic year.  For the 2025-26 academic year, employees received training in August via Vector Training: Title IX Compliance Overview.  This training explained how Title IX protects students and employees from sex-based discrimination and harassment. This course is designed for K–12 faculty members to deepen their understanding of Title IX. It covers key topics such as identifying behaviors that constitute sex-based harassment and discrimination, reporting requirements, and employees’ responsibilities to provide information about the Title IX coordinator.
