2025-2026 Re-Enrollment Form

12/17/2024

The deadline to re-enroll your student for the 2025-2026 school year is TODAY. Please be sure to complete this form by December 17th to secure your student's seat. After December 18th, your student's seat may be placed in the 2025-2026 enrollment lottery held on January 16th, 2025. If your child IS NOT returning for the 2025-2026 school year, please complete the 2025-2026 withdrawal form. Thank you!

12/16-12/20 Weekly Update

12/16/2024

The deadline to re-enroll your student for the 2025-2026 school year is Tuesday, December 17th. Please be sure to complete this form to secure your student's seat. After December 18th, your student's seat will be placed in the 2025-2026 enrollment lottery held on January 16, 2025.
The end of the second quarter is Tuesday. Grades will be finalized on Wednesday for families to check S1 grades.
Students will begin Winter Break on Wednesday 12/18. The first day of the second semester is Monday, January 6th.

12/9-12/13 weekly Update

There are 7 days left in the first Semester. Parents please encourage your children to use their time wisely and complete missing assignments. Also reach out to your child's teacher to set up times for them to attend Curriculum Assistance from 12:25-12:50.
Middle School Map Testing will be Thursday (12/12) and Friday (12/13) this week. Please have students bring their charged devices for testing those days.
Check-in #2 for Biology will be next Monday (12/16) and Tuesday (12/17).
Thank you to everyone who attended the band concert Friday night. The hard work of each band could be heard in their performances!
The members of the the Girls on the Run team participated in a celebratory 5K on Saturday in Cary. We are proud of those girls who braved the cold weather! A picture of the group who participated is right below!

NCS Cross Country/Winter Track teams came together Saturday, December 7th to support children in the community in a toy drive for Harbor and Johnston County Social Services. The Grinch Stink, Stank, Stunk 5k was held at Smithfield Community Park.

There are only 11 days left in the first semester. Parents please be reminded that attendance and S1 grades are factors for athletic eligibility and grade retentions. Please ensure that your child is doing all they can in these last two weeks to get missing work turned in.
MAP Testing for 6th, 7th, and 8th grades will be next Thursday (12/12) and Friday (12/13).
The next Biology NC Check-in will be Monday 12/16.
Please come out to our Winter Band concert on Friday 12/6. The concert begins at 6:00 PM in the main gym.
The booster Bazzar is this Friday 12/6. Below is the list of vendors that will be here from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
