2025-2026 Lottery Information

NCS is now collecting information on our current students who plan to return for next year. Please complete the Current Student Re-Enrollment Application 2025-26 for EACH current student who wishes to return. Please complete this form by December 17, 2024, to guarantee your student’s seat for next year.


Please note some important information for next year:

• If there is a sibling of a current student that you wish to enroll in the sibling lottery, please complete the Lottery Application 2025-26.  Please note, if the child listed is found to not be a SIBLING of a current student, any enrollment offer will be rescinded and the student will move to the bottom of the current waitlist at that time.
  
• If you have an incoming kindergartener, 7th grader or 12th grader, please note that these are the years that immunizations are checked and students without appropriate paperwork will be suspended from school after the 30th day.  Per G.S. 130A-152 through G.S. 130A-157, please ensure your student has had the following immunizations that are appropriate for your student and that you have submitted them to [email protected]:
  

• Diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis/whooping cough [Dtap] – 5 doses
  
• Polio – 4 doses
  
• Measles, mumps, rubella [MMR] – 2 doses
  
• Haemophilus Influenzae type B [Hib] – 1 dose
  
• Hepatitis B [Hep B] = 3 doses
  
• Varicella [chicken pox] – 2 doses
  
• Pneumococcal Conjugate – 1 dose
  
• Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis/whooping cough [Tdap] – 1 dose by 7th grade or age 11
  
• Meningococcal conjugate [MCV] – 1 dose by 7th grade or age 11
  
• Meningococcal ACWY (MCV4) – 1 dose by 12th grade
