Neuse Charter Celebrates Character Day

On October 31st, the Elementary Academy at Neuse Charter School celebrated Character Day by having the students dress up as their favorite character from a book that each student was asked to read. Students dressed up as many different fun and quirky characters such as Greg Heffley from the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, Harry Potter from the various Harry Potter series, and Disney princesses from Disney’s wide variety of books.  

The students were asked to read a book of their choice and have the ability to read the whole book by themselves. Students were eager to dress up as their favorite characters as they inspire them to make great decisions!
